1. Who are T-Shirt Products?
   Since 1973, over 30 years, we have established an outstanding reputation for quality and service and we are now a recognized leader in textile printing and embroidery.
   
   
   
2. If this is the first time I have purchased, can you advice me?
   We can assist you from concept to finished product. Our sales department will advise you on the most suitable garment to achieve your objectives - we can assist with creating your design through to final artwork - we can offer advice on printing versus embroidery - our quality control department will oversee your garments through to a prompt delivery.
   
   
   
3. What does the price, include?
   All prices include a one colour print in one place on the garment. A charge of 30p is added for each additional colour in your design.
   
   
   
4. What if I want to have the garments embroidered?
   Embroidery charges are based on the number of stitches the design, we will ask you to send us your design - we will give an accurate stitch count and then advise on the cost of embroidering each garment.
   
   
   
5. Are there any other costs the first time I order?
   You will need printing screens or a master embroidery disk for each new design. These costs depend on the number of colours in your print or the number of stitches in the design, but they are one off costs, and the printing screens or embroidery disk will be available 'at no cost' for future orders.
   
   
   
6. Is there a minimum order?
   The prices shown are based on quantities of 30 to 100 garments and a surcharge is applicable below that number. Our minimum value order is £50 excluding screens or embroidery disk costs.
   
   
   
7. Are all items suitable for printing or embroidery?
   Most of the garments shown do not pose a problem, but we will advice you on the suitability of individual types of caps and bags.
   
   
   
8. What about VAT?
   All Adult & Children's size, 14/15 is subject to VAT; all other children's sizes are not!
   
   
   
9. What about delivery?
   Delivery is charged at cost on an overnight courier, but where we can help, we will drop a local delivery in to you free of charge.
   
   
   
10. Can I have special prices if I order more than 100 garments?
    We are always pleased to give you an individual quotation based on your personal requirements and we pride ourselves on always being competitive.
